To request new or replacement refuse and recycling containers please complete the form below. Your information will be passed to our Environmental Services team who will process your request.

Please note, requests are checked against your property history to ensure that no duplicate requests are processed. Please allow up to 10 working days for your container to arrive.
*Please note that if you:
- have six or more permanent residents in the family; or
- have five permanent residents with 1 child under the age of 3 in nappies; or
- have a medical condition
and would like to request an additional 140L refuse bin, please do not complete the form below. You will need to check that you qualify for additional capacity first, then complete an additional capacity request form so we can order your extra bin. View criteria and request form here.
